Zhixin Valve manufactures ductile iron resilient seated non rising stem gate valve with bypass.

Normally,F4 gate valve,because the face to face length is too short to make by-pass.

It needs long body gate valve,for example,BS 5163 or DIN3252 F5 gate valve  and for big size gate valve.

what is the purpose of bypass valve?

The primary purpose of a bypass valve is to provide operational flexibility, maintenance convenience, and system safety

Bypass gate valves are required for the following reasons:

  1. Continuous flow: Bypass gate valves have an extra passage that allows fluid to flow even when the main valve is closed.

  2. Pressure release: Before opening a high-pressure pipeline,  the pressure can be released through the bypass valve-to avoid sudden influx and impact on the pipeline.

  3. Reducing torque: In cases of large pressure differences, the bypass helps reduce the opening torque of the valve.
